Key Deadlines
- December 9, 2024: Deadline for Abstract and Paper submissions
- February 28, 2025: Notification of acceptance
- March 14, 2025: Early bird registration deadline
- May 27-29, 2025: CMBEC47/ACCES26 at the Fredericton Convention Centre
Process
- All papers will be peer-reviewed. One author from each paper must be willing to review at least two other papers (or designate another in their place). The author selected to be the reviewer should not be a student.
- Authors may submit an abstract (1 page) or full-length paper (2-4
pages). Submissions will be accepted for a podium or poster slot based on
out peer-review ranking process, acceptances to be sent out by February
28th, 2025.
