Guidance for Hospitals Donating Medical Equipment
CMBES has developed a guidance document to support Canadian hospitals who are considering donating medical devices. The objective of this document is to provide hospitals with the information required to undertake medical device donations in a manner that provides the best possible value to recipients, is compliant with Canadian regulations, and minimizes donor liability.
