CMBEC45 Babysitting Services

Professional babysitting services are available through West Coast Sitters for CMBEC45 attendees who are traveling with children. West Coast Sitters has been operating since January 2016, and they book babysitters for locals, as well as tourists. The Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront is a boutique hotel located in the Coal Harbour neighborhood of downtown Vancouver, just two blocks from the city’s famous Seawall and the Vancouver Convention Centre. The Pinnacle is within walking distance to all downtown Vancouver’s top attractions including Stanley Park, Gastown, Robson and the Granville Street Entertainment District.

Harbour Side - Single/Double	$295 + 17.5%
City Side - Triple	$285 + 17.5%
City Side - Quad	$315 + 17.5%

Students

Students looking for a lower budget accommodation option can consider the Commuter Student Hostel at UBC. UBC is a 25-minute drive, or 45-minute bus ride from the Pinnacle Hotel.

Students interested in sharing a room with another student at the Pinnacle Hotel to lower costs can indicate this preference during registration. Students interested in sharing accommodations will be contacted by the CMBEC45 Organizing Committee following registration to arrange logistics.
